Active listening
Great communicators listen more than they talk.
Active listening means giving full attention: look at the speaker, don't interrupt, and think about what they mean.
Then reflect it back: "So you're saying…" This shows you understood — or lets them correct you.
People who feel heard are much more likely to listen to you in return.
