Check the simple things first
Many tech problems have surprisingly simple causes.
IT technicians start with the easy checks: Is it plugged in and switched on? Are the cables firmly connected? Is the volume up? Is Wi-Fi turned on?
Restarting fixes many problems, because it clears out programs that got stuck.
Always ask an adult before opening a device or touching wiring.
